A Family business ran by a clever Matriarch-
Nerdytale cottage was started as a dream by matriarch, Heidi. Who always loved to create and experiment with a wide variety of crafts. She realized that she could do more to help her family with their goals by selling her crafts.
This first started by plushie making, inspired by a class she took, and her childhood of creating wood crafts as well as knitting and crochet.
Soon after Heidi started with her project, her children and husband were eager to help. With her second oldest attending markets with her at all times, and when possible her husband and third oldest attending as well.
Heidi has gotten in many other kinds of crafts as well, from cloth bags and books, to soaps and candles. And from the start of 2025, she has become a prolific ceramicist.
